An entire agenda in one link.

Every Turbo Agenda can be described completely by its web address. Open the link and the agenda is there, timer ready. Nothing to install, no account, no API key.

Ask an AI assistant to build it

This is what the format was made for. Paste the following into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other assistant, and you get back a link you can open right away.

Build me a Turbo Agenda link for a 30 minute stand-up with three items.
Format: https://turboagenda.de/live_agendas/generate?title=<title>&top[]=<topic>:<minutes>
Repeat top[] once per agenda item and URL-encode the values.

Or write the link yourself

The format is flat and forgiving. Every agenda item is one top[] parameter, with its length in minutes after the last colon.

Parameters

Parameter Meaning
top[] One agenda item, in order. Required at least once. Everything after the last colon counts as the duration in minutes, so a topic may contain a colon itself (Timeboxing: what is it?:15). Without a number at the end the item gets 10 minutes.
title Name of the meeting. Optional, a placeholder is used without it.
description A short note on what the meeting is about. Optional.
date Start as an ISO 8601 timestamp. Optional, defaults to the current hour.

Limits

  • Durations are capped to 1 to 600 minutes.
  • At most 50 agenda items are used.
  • Text longer than 255 characters is shortened.
  • Keep the whole link under roughly 2000 characters, which is where browsers start to cut it off.
  • Invalid input never produces an error page. It falls back to a sensible value.
  • Prefix the path with /de/ for the German interface.

Opening a link replaces the live agenda currently in your browser. Turbo Agenda asks first whenever there is something worth keeping.
