I've lost countless hours in meetings that never needed to happen. Turbo Agenda is my answer to that, so you don't have to go through the same thing.

For decades I worked at a large international automotive corporation and sat through countless meetings. Big rounds, small rounds, recurring status calls, crisis meetings. Far too often I walked out of them frustrated. I'm convinced I wasn't the only one.

Time was regularly overrun. There was no transparency about what topics were being discussed, who had prepared them, or how much time was allotted for each. Real facilitation was often missing. The same people always spoke up and regularly ran over time.

Coffee breaks were announced, and people trickled back in one by one. Focus kept slipping away, discussions drifted off topic, and time ran out before a proper conclusion was reached.

After the meeting it was often unclear what had been decided and what the concrete next steps were.

At some point I told myself: this has to work better. Not with yet another rule or another guidebook, but with a tool that solves the main problem.

The time is tracked by the tool, and signals for running overtime are automatically visible to everyone, even to participants who aren't physically present.
